IGBC Green New Buildings Rating System – Version 4 (draft) for Public Comments
We are pleased to inform you that the IGBC New Building Rating System, launched in 2014, has continued to evolve to remain aligned with industry needs and global sustainability benchmarks. In our ongoing efforts to further enhance the system, IGBC is upgrading and set to launch Version 4 (v4) of this rating tool during the Green Building Congress on 27 November at Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai, India.
Green Hotels Rating System – Pilot Version
IGBC has developed the Green Hotels Rating System (Pilot Version) to promote environmentally responsible and resource-efficient hospitality facilities. The Rating system provides a structured framework aligned with global sustainability benchmarks and supports hotels in improving environmental performance, operational efficiency, and guest well-being. Registrations for the Green Hotels Rating Certification (Pilot Version) are now open.
