Job Description:

Facilitation of certification of green building projects, execution of national & international projects, design & development of rating systems, conducting training programmes, etc. Candidate should be willing to travel extensively & work at different work environment.

Desired Experience : 3 - 10 years of experience in green building consultancy and                                        facilitation.

Number of Positions : 12.

Education Qualification & Skills Required:

• B.Arch., M.Arch., preferred
  
• BE / B Tech in (Civil, Mechanical), ME / M Tech preferred. - Minimum First Class required
  
• Experience in offering consulting and facilitation services for green building projects
  
• Work experience in implementation of National / International funded projects preferred
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required

Job Title:

Engineers, Associate Counsellors - Membership & Tech-Marketing

Job Description:

Promotion of Green Buildings and IGBC membership. This includes market analysis, participating in customer reach out events, meetings with key stakeholders, developing and executing:

• Membership Drive strategies for acquiring New members
• Engagement programs for handling existing members
• Campaigns and creative briefs for marketing/membership communications,
• Conducting awareness and networking programmes, etc.
• Co-ordination with Central Ministries, State Departments and Development Agencies

Desired Experience : 2-6 years of work experience in marketing and sales (preferably in
                                    real estate / building materials or other related sectors)

Number of Positions : 5.

Education Qualification & Skills Required:

• BE / B Tech in (preferably Civil, Mechanical) - Minimum First Class
  
• MBA / PG Diploma in Marketing - Minimum First Class
  
• Excellent written and oral communication skills required
  
• Professional approach, Multitasker, Relationship Management, Metrics-driven & Innovative with a flair for social media and other digital platforms
